岗位职责:
1、定期收集汇总新项目需求，准确计划分享到工厂内部
2、配合市场与开发完成新产品试产、验证、交付
3、对新产品质量、可制造性把关，主导新产品试产验证阶段暴露问题闭环
4、主导新产品转入量产，协助新产品量产后的品质、效率提升
5、新工艺、新制程的摸索、验证、推广，降低生产成本；推动新产品设计可制造性不断优化
6、掌握新产品各个项目关键节点时间进度，推进项目关键节点按计划时间完成
7、配合开发、生产部、产品技术部适时组织产前、产中、产后技术支持及内部产品技术培训
8、配合开展质量活动，参与质量事故的处理及产品生产工艺和工装的改进
9、负责完成上级交给的其他任务
任职要求:
1、大专以上学历，工业工程/电力电子/信息管理/机电一体化等
2、三年以上通信、电子制造类NPI、IE、PE、PMC工作经验，或两年以上PM经验
3、熟悉电源产品生产流程，精通新产品导入过程；独立完成过项目导入；熟悉生产工装,夹具，治具制作与改善
4、具备工业工程基础理论知识，熟悉ISO体系，熟悉项目管理基础知识与电源产品生产工艺流程
5、良好的沟通协调能力，较强的组织力，执行力，推动力，有工程英语文件阅读理解能力与书写能力，熟练使用Office办公软件
6、积有良好的职业道德与敬业精神，原则性强，敢于担当，崇尚团队荣誉；具备较强的服务意识、品质意识、成本意识、学习意识，经验推广意识
7、英文4级以上，听说能力良好优先
