1. 负责生产流程优化与标准化，设计工艺路线，作成SOP，提升生产效率及产品良率；
2. 运用IE方法（如时间研究、动作分析、线平衡分析）优化作业流程，降低生产成本；
3. 主导精益生产项目，推动提案改善等改善活动；
4. 制定工时定额标准，监控生产节拍，解决产线瓶颈问题；
5. 设计工厂布局规划，优化物料流动路径，减少浪费（搬运、等待等）；
6. 协同生产、质量部门，参与新产品导入（NPI）的工艺可行性评估；
7. 运用数字化工具（如MES、ERP）采集数据，分析生产效能并提出改进方案。
任职要求:
1. 大专及以上学历，工业工程、机械工程、自动化、管理科学与工程等相关专业；
2. 3年以上IE/工艺工程经验，熟悉精益生产工具
3. 熟练使用IE分析软件（如MOST、Proplanner）、AutoCAD或仿真工具（FlexSim）；
4. 具备工时测定、生产线平衡及产能规划能力，精通Excel数据分析；熟悉IATF16949质量体系
5. 熟悉制造业生产流程（如电子组装、汽车零部件、消费电子行业）。
