Union Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Union Life) was officially opened in February 2005 with the approval of the China Insurance Regulatory Commission. It is a national joint-stock life insurance company. As a comprehensive life insurance company, the company can operate all types of life insurance (including various statutory insurance).
Union Life was initiated and established by six companies including Beijing Yongtai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Thanks to the solidarity and joint efforts of the shareholders, the company was the first among the eight life insurance companies approved by the CIRC to commence operations, demonstrating the shareholders' strong financial strength and long-term commitment to the insurance business.
