湖州南浔旧馆罗汉生态养殖场成立于2008年8月，现有母猪320头，年出栏9000余头生猪，利用全新的低碳农业理念和微生物处理技术，建立发酵床养猪模式，实现了养猪无排放、无污染、无臭气，彻底改变了传统养猪方式带来的弊病，破解了粪污处理污染环境的难题。发酵床利用有机物做垫料，其中的有益微生物具有很强的活性和分解能力，在适宜的条件下，将猪的粪便迅速分解转化，吸收为微生物自身的营养物质，消除了粪便产生的氨臭味。
