负责智能化应用系统的设计与开发，打造高效、稳定的业务流转平台。
基于第三方平台搭建内部业务应用，推动业务流程落地及数据回收。
参与内部效能平台建设，持续优化业务流程，提升团队协作效率与平台支撑能力。
编写设计方案、技术文档和操作手册，为团队提供清晰的技术支持。
职位要求
本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先，5 年及以上后端开发经验。
熟练掌握 Go、Python，熟悉 Node.js，具备良好的编码习惯和扎实的数据结构基础。
具备 Hertz 框架开发经验，熟悉其核心原理；了解 Django、React 等常见框架，能够独立完成 Web 应用设计与开发。
熟悉 Linux/Unix 操作系统及网络相关知识，具备较强的问题定位与故障排查能力。
对新技术保持热情，学习能力强，具备独立解决复杂技术问题的能力。
具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够高效推动跨团队合作
