Chongqing Huashidan Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company), founded in 1990, is a private enterprise integrating the research and development, manufacturing, and sales of small machinery. Its main products include a full range of small and medium-sized agricultural machinery for tillage, planting, management, harvesting, and transportation, as well as general-purpose engines, generator sets, water pump sets, and garden machinery. The company is headquartered in Xipeng Industrial Park, Chongqing, China. It currently has more than 800 employees, including over 90 professional technical personnel, and 85,000 square meters of production plants. Its annual output is 300,000 units of agricultural machinery, 500,000 units of general machinery, 100,000 units of special machinery, and 800,000 sets of core components, with an annual production capacity of approximately 1.2 billion yuan. An agricultural harvesting machinery production base located in Baishiyi Town, Jiulongpo District, Chongqing, covering an area of 230 mu, and a core components production base located in Hechuan District, Chongqing, covering an area of 200 mu, are under construction and are planned to be fully completed by the end of 2017. After completion, Huashidan's plant area will be expanded to 2.8 million square meters, the number of employees will reach more than 2,000, the annual output will be 500,000 units of agricultural machinery, 1 million units of general machinery, 300,000 units of special machinery, and 2 million sets of core components, and the annual production capacity will reach 3 billion yuan.
