It was registered on September 16, 2009, with a registered capital of 70 million yuan. Adhering to the concept of "building a city名片, improving urban functions, and enhancing the city image," the company is dedicated to the development and operation of leisure health and vacation tourism products. It plans to build a five-star hotel, indoor hot spring hall, outdoor hot spring area, high-end hot spring villas, finely decorated high-rise hot spring apartments, an international school, a sports park, etc. It aims to rely on hot springs to create a health paradise, joy paradise, business and culture paradise, and wetland paradise, becoming the leader of Nanchang tourism, a calling card for leisure tourism in Jiangxi Province, Asia's largest comprehensive hot spring center, and striving to gain worldwide recognition.
