2、按照公司采购管理制度，负责项目中工程类(含士建安装、施工、材料)招标或询比价采购及合同签订。
3、负责工程施工类采购材料的核价，对价格的合理性负责。
4、负责制定工程类招标采购计划及招标文件。
5、负责备件类物资采购及卡特 MWM 备件的采购。
6、负责供应商开发、引入、资质审核及考核评价。
7、负责物料的到货及交期异常处理。
8、负责采购物资中不合格等质量事故的预防与处理并有效降低采购物资的不合格率。
9、负责制定月度/季度采购预算(支付)计划。
10、负责《采购订单(合同/协议)》台帐的建立，对所有采购订单/合同/协议进行分类、整理、汇总和归档管理。
11、负责货款的申请及支付跟进。
12、负责供应商对账跟进、税票催收及异常处理,
13、负责到货及时率、合格率、降本率等相关数据统计。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，机械、电气、自控、工程、物流、经济、财务类等专业优先；
2、具备5年以上采购相关从业经验；
3、精通采购工作流程及技巧；
4、有外协件、服务类、安装类采购经验优先；
5、熟练使用OFFICE办公软件、熟悉OA、ERP系统。
