Hunan Liyu Gas Power Co., Ltd. was established in July 2009 and is affiliated with Liyu Group. It is a high-tech Sino-foreign joint venture in the energy and environmental protection sector, jointly registered by Guangdong Liyu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Liyu Company. It serves as an important operating base for the Group to provide comprehensive energy services to customers in Central China and the Yangtze River Delta region.
