(hereinafter referred to as "China Post Insurance") is a life insurance company controlled by China Post Group Co., Ltd., headquartered in Beijing, with a registered capital of 28.663 billion RMB, and officially opened for business on September 9, 2009. Since 2022, China Post Insurance has embarked on a new journey to build a first-class insurance enterprise. On the liability side, it has comprehensively established a new pattern of "one main, multiple auxiliary" diversified channels; on the asset side, it has initially built a professional and efficient new system of "insurance + asset management"; it has successfully introduced AIA as a strategic investor; and with market-oriented reforms centered on "capable of up and down, capable of in and out, capable of high and low", it has accelerated its pace, and high-quality development has continuously reached new levels. In the first half of 2024, total assets reached 582.7 billion RMB, ranking 8th in the industry; premiums reached 105.4 billion RMB, entering the top 5 for the first time; profit reached 5.69 billion RMB, with an increase of 99%, entering the top 5 for the first time; new business value reached 8.02 billion RMB, advancing to 4th in the industry; comprehensive solvency ratio was 198.7%, and core solvency ratio was 125.5%, both hitting record highs; cumulative customers served exceeded 24 million.
