6. 具备良好的数据库设计和优化能力，熟悉SQL和至少一种NoSQL数据库；
7. 熟悉Docker、Kubernetes等容器化技术，有自动化部署和持续集成的实践经验；
8. 具备较强的架构设计能力和业务理解能力，能够实际梳理业务场景主动推动系统规划和建设；
9. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与系统分析师、设计师和其他开发人员有效协作。

1. 有大型政府数字化项目开发经验；
