江西警察学院是由江西省公安厅领导的，以法学为主，工学、管理学为辅，文理渗透、协调发展的，实施全日制教育的普通高等专科学校。学校创立于1951年，现座落在英雄城南昌市新建县云湾公路1666号，与*风景区“梅岭”和红色古迹“小平小道”毗邻。校园占地2200余亩，*期建筑面积18万余平方米，分别由行政楼、系部办公楼、教学主楼、实验信息楼、警察体育场馆、图书馆和学生宿舍群楼组成。
