3、熟练掌握MySQL、Redis、MongoDB等数据库技术，具备复杂SQL优化及分库分表实战经验；
4、了解金融借贷业务流程，具备良好的数据敏感度、安全意识和抗压能力；
5、逻辑清晰，沟通协作能力强，对技术有热情，能适应敏捷开发模式及快节奏工作。
