2. 项目经验
拥有5年及以上软件开发工作经验，3年及以上财务管理类项目实施经验；
具备独立负责功能模块的设计与开发经验，能够主导模块全流程落地。
3. 综合素质
具备优秀的沟通表达、逻辑思维与学习能力，可指导团队成员按标准完成开发任务；
工作稳重负责、积极主动、抗压能力强，对项目实施工作有较强认同感与责任心。
