泰州复旦张江药业有限公司成立于2007年3月，注册资本10000万元人民币，位于泰州医药高新技术产业园内郁金路8号，占地面积100亩。泰州复旦张江一期工程建设一条冻干/水针生产线，中试固体车间及配套设施。2016年获批1.1类新药冻干粉针剂产品海姆泊芬GMP证书及生产批件，并上市销售。 目前公司二期工程正在建设，拟投资6亿元，建成集大生产固体制剂、抗体生物药为一体的生产区域。接下来几年，其他品种将陆续开花结果。成为多品种、多剂型、高技术含量的药品生产基地。
