5.指导初级开发人员，提升团队整体技术水平。参与技术分享、代码评审、架构设计评审等团队活动。
6.参与所负责需求研发计划的制定，合理评估开发工作量，确保按时、高质量交付。与产品、测试、运维等团队密切协作，推动项目顺利落地。
（二）职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业者优先考虑。
2.精通Java语言，熟悉JVM原理、多线程、集合框架、设计模式等内容。熟悉主流Java开发框架，掌握数据库技术、常用中间件以及常用微服务架构。
3.拥有6年以上Java开发经验，有大型分布式系统或高并发系统开发经验者优先。具备公募基金核心交易系统对接与开发经验者优先。
4.具备独立完成模块设计、开发、测试、部署的能力，拥有良好的系统抽象和设计能力。有从0到1搭建系统或重构系统经验者优先。
5.具备较强的问题分析与解决能力，能够快速定位并解决系统中存在的性能、稳定性、安全等方面的问题。
6.具备良好的逻辑思维和沟通能力。
