任职资格：

2、2年以上的J2EE开发工作经验；
3、熟悉面向对象设计思想，具有扎实的Java编程功底和良好的编码规范；
4、理解MVC设计模式，熟悉JAVA设计模式；
5、熟悉Struts,Spring MVC,Hibernate,ibatis等常用框架；
6、熟悉sql语言，并熟悉Oracle、Mysql数据库系统；
7、熟悉JQuery，ExtJS，EasyUI等javascript开源框架。
8、善于沟通，团队意识、学习能力强；
