2、熟练Python编程语言，熟悉Django框架，具备开发Web应用系统的项目经验;
3、具备需求分析、逻辑分析、BUG定位、独立解决问题的能力;
4、熟悉MySQL、PostgreSQL、Redis等数据库操作，熟悉SQL语句编写和性能调优;
5、熟悉中间件以及celery的用途，熟悉常用的python第三方库;
6、具备较强的沟通能力和团队精神。
