Beijing Urban Construction Zhongnan Civil Engineering Group Co., Ltd., formerly an infrastructure construction enterprise established by a certain unit of military officers and soldiers who were collectively transferred to civilian work in 1983, completed enterprise restructuring in 2006, shareholding system reform in 2010 and became a group company, established its investment and financing segment in 2014, and its overseas company in 2016. Currently, total assets exceed 10 billion yuan, with over 2,000 employees, more than 30 subsidiaries and branches, 12 sets of large shield tunneling machines, and over 500 sets of other equipment.
