岗位职责：
1. 负责元器件引入验证、单板 SI/PI 测试、整机可靠性测试（机械、环境、EMC）等工作；
2. 协助硬件工程师定位问题，参与新产品的测试方案设计；
3. 主导测试用例编写，参与测试规范制定；
4. 负责产品项目跟进（计划、进度、缺陷）；
5、负责硬件测试的持续改进。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历：电子、通信等相关专业，3年以上硬件测试相关经验；
2. 掌握CPU、DDR、EMMC、串口、以太网、Wifi、USB 等硬件的方案测试；
3. 熟练使用常见硬件测试设备，如示波器、ESD、CS、EFT仪器等；
4. 具有抗压能力和快速学习能力；
5. 能够独立完成原理图、PCB设计审核等；
