岗位职责】
1. 核心开发：负责公司核心业务系统（如：内部cit系统，外部Saas）的设计、开发与维护，承担核心功能代码编写。
2. 项目推进：独立完成中小项目的系统分析、设计，主导详细文档编写和开发工作，确保需求按时、高质量交付。
3. 质量保障：负责解决开发过程中的技术难题（如性能优化、线上故障排查），负责代码Review，保障代码质量与系统稳定性。
4. 协作沟通：与产品、测试及前端团队紧密合作，对产品需求进行技术方案落地，并对现有系统进行持续迭代优化。
【任职要求】
硬性门槛：
1. 学历与经验：全日制一本及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上Java开发经验。
2. Java基础： Java基础扎实，理解IO、多线程、集合等基础框架，熟悉JVM原理（如内存模型、类加载机制、GC调优）。
3. 框架熟练度：深入使用过Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis等主流开源框架，了解其核心思想和原理（有源码阅读经验者优先）。
4. 数据库能力：熟悉MySQL数据库，具备优秀的SQL编写能力以及SQL优化经验（如慢查询排查、索引优化）；熟悉Redis等非关系型数据库的使用场景。
