Lidashun IoT Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lidashun") is an IoT product and solution provider focusing on the fields of Smart Home and Smart Building. Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Xiamen, Lidashun has overseas subsidiaries or offices in the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, Japan, and other countries; four R&D centers in Xiamen, Shenzhen, Taipei, and Atlanta, USA; two design centers in Xiamen and Tainan; and two manufacturing bases in Changtai, Zhangzhou, Fujian, and Suining, Sichuan. Its business covers more than 60 countries and regions worldwide.

R&D Innovation Capabilities
Lidashun has an engineering R&D team of nearly 2,000 people, including PhDs and masters. It has established technology innovation platforms such as "National Recognized Enterprise Technology Center," "National Industrial Design Center," "Key Laboratory of China Light Industry," and "Fujian IoT Enterprise Technology Innovation Center," and has undertaken 12 national-level scientific research projects including the National Torch Plan and National Key New Products, and 13 provincial-level scientific research projects. As of April 2020, Lidashun has filed and been granted 2,742 patents, including 436 overseas patents.
Lidashun is a "National High-tech Enterprise," "National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise," "National Intelligent Manufacturing Pilot Demonstration Enterprise," "National Semiconductor Lighting Industrialization Base Backbone Enterprise," "National Energy-saving Lighting High-tech Industrialization Base Backbone Enterprise," and "New Generation Artificial Intelligence Industry Innovation Development Key Task Unveiling Unit."
Lidashun began smart lighting research in 2010 and now has the capability to provide smart home solutions and commercial space solutions, having successively launched the smart home software platform "Arnoo" and the smart building software platform "Lexikos."
Lidashun's achievements in IoT technology R&D innovation have been recognized by international standards alliances. In 2016, it joined the Zigbee Alliance, a leading global open standard organization for low-power wireless IoT, as a promoter, becoming one of the 16 board members worldwide. Lidashun is also a board member of the Z-Wave Alliance, a smart home standards alliance. Leveraging its influence as a board member, Lidashun actively participates in the formulation and improvement of global IoT smart home standards, bringing China's voice to the IoT industry and contributing to the global development of smart homes.
Innovation leads development, and design creates value. Lidashun formally established an industrial design center in 2015, cultivating an excellent industrial design team and accumulating industry-leading innovation and design capabilities, and was rated as a "National Industrial Design Center" in 2017. Its LED lighting products and IoT smart terminal products have won multiple international design awards in recent years, including the German Design Award, the German IF Design Award, the German Red Dot Award, the French Muuuz Design Award, the Japanese G-Mark Design Award, and the US Interior Design Annual Design Award and CES Innovation Award.
Global Service Capabilities
Internationally, Lidashun works closely with internationally renowned brands, retailers, and other global enterprises, deeply understanding customer needs and continuously creating value for customers. Currently, Lidashun's products are exported to countries and regions including the UK, Japan, South Korea, North America, the EU, ASEAN, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America. LED lighting products have ranked among the top in national exports for six consecutive years, and exports of IoT smart hardware products continue to grow rapidly. The "Lidashun" brand was established in 2014, adhering to a market positioning of high quality, high-end, and originality. In the B2B market, starting with a focus on the education sector, it provides professional educational lighting products and gradually introduces smart campus system solutions. Currently, its products and services have reached over 30 provinces and cities nationwide, serving hundreds of cities and renovating thousands of prestigious schools, making it a leading brand in the educational lighting field. In the B2C market, rooted in Chinese culture, it aims to build an international original brand, integrating breakthroughs in materials innovation, optical technology, aesthetic design, and smart technology to provide consumers with lighting and smart home appliances that meet high-quality living needs, and gradually introduce smart home solutions.
Manufacturing Capabilities
The two manufacturing bases in Changtai, Zhangzhou, Fujian, and Suining, Sichuan, cover a total area of 440,000 square meters, with vertical supply chains from molds and key components to final assembly and packaging. Together, the two bases have over a hundred automated LED product production lines, with a monthly production capacity exceeding 60 million units; the monthly production capacity of IoT smart hardware products exceeds 3 million sets.
While continuously strengthening the technical advantages in precision molds and key components, self-designed and developed industrial robots and automated assembly production lines have been applied in batches, with automated equipment, automated logistics systems, and manufacturing capacity ranking at the forefront of the industry.
