先锋化工承建的先锋褐煤洁净化利用示范项目（以下简称：先锋化工项目），以当地褐煤为原料，采用自主知识产权的碎煤熔渣加压气化技术（YM气化技术）、合成气制备联产液化天然气（LNG）技术、一步法甲醇转化制烃类技术、粗酚耦合节能连续提纯技术等一系列低阶褐煤洁净化综合利用技术，建成了年处理300万吨低阶褐煤的褐煤洁净化综合利用工业化试验项目，将煤炭资源就地清洁转化，主要产品为甲醇、汽油、液化天然气、柴油等16种主副产品，实现褐煤资源的高效综合利用，属典型的低热值褐煤洁净化综合利用项目，是云南省已建成投资*大、单体规模*大的现代煤化工项目。
