As the pioneer of Huayu Automotive's foray into the core business of new energy vehicles, the company will rely on Huayu Automotive's advanced management capabilities and extensive market resources to deeply explore the core business of new energy vehicles, focusing on the development of various motors and control systems used in new energy vehicles, and accelerating the formation of independent research and manufacturing capabilities for core new energy vehicle components.
The company has independently developed multiple core components for new energy vehicles, including Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM), Power Electronics Boxes (PEB), and Electric Power Steering motors (EPS). These products can be customized according to the technical requirements of different vehicle platforms and are installed in various new energy vehicles such as pure electric and hybrid vehicles. The company possesses automated motor production lines, including rotor production lines, stator production lines, armature production lines, and final assembly lines, to meet the requirements of product "consistency and reliability." In terms of testing and experimental equipment, Huayu Electric Drive has multiple motor test benches, comprehensive temperature performance test benches, design-phase laboratories, and production-phase laboratories, which can cover over 80% of the motor design and production verification testing requirements for new energy vehicles.
