2生产异常分析临时对策及长期对策，制程不良分析改善。
3生产工艺流程编制、SOP编写、标准工时制定、生产计件单价制定。
4生产工艺方法、设备、治具的跟进、改善操作指导。
5生产现场工艺考量，工时测量，流程平衡测定，方法研究指导。
6自动设化备导入，改善提案报告分析，前期设备制作跟进，后期设备导入操作指导及维护。
7制程工艺难点分析及效率改善提升。
8.熟悉电子元器件，能对不良PCBA进行分析；
