The company was founded in May 2010. It is a national high-tech enterprise and the president unit of the Shenzhen Family Service Industry Development Association. In 2018, it was included by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security as a typical case in the development of the national domestic service industry. It has cumulatively served more than 30,000 families, with annual service revenue of nearly 60 million yuan. Its directly affiliated training school, "Shenjia Vocational Skills Training Center in Luohu District, Shenzhen," has cumulatively trained 20,000 person-times, and the company has arranged employment for more than 30,000 person-times. It vigorously promotes industry-education integration in cooperation with various universities, develops and focuses on "Child Growth Companion" job skills training, and creates a new "track" integrating internship and employment for college students. Community Bang focuses on providing industry knowledge and skills services. Since 2017, it has developed the improvement of knowledge and skills in family early education for nursery teachers and practical operation capabilities, helping infants and young children develop comprehensively in the family environment, and has accumulated rich service experience in the domestic service industry and family early education. On this basis, after nearly two years of product development, it has formed a dual-product service model led by Child Growth Companion and covering early education nursery teacher services, focusing on solving the problem of scientific child-rearing services for families with children aged 1-12, and supporting the creation of an integrated internship and employment service system for college students in related majors (preschool education, early education, childcare service and management, primary school education, professional English, domestic service, etc.), continuously supplying professional service capabilities to the industry while opening up a new career track for college student employment.
