3、每天追踪各招募城市渠道简历进度和渠道效能，及时调整招募资源的投放；
4、每月对于市场招募渠道数据进行整理、分析，反馈项目负责人；
5、负责市场新媒体渠道、私域人力池项目的统筹和追踪；
6、协助开展校招和校企合作项目；
7、其他项目工作和系统操作事务。

任职资格：
1、 22-28周岁，本科及以上学历
2、 2年以上招聘经验和招聘渠道操作经验，具备良好的团队协作能力、数据分析能力和抗压能力；
3、有餐饮零售服务行业从业经验尤佳。
