伺服运动控制算法工程师（PMSM/FOC）

工作职责：
1、FOC+三环控制：负责PMSM伺服FOC算法研发优化，完成电流/速度/位置三环整定、前馈控制、弱磁控制、谐振抑制；通过Matlab建模仿真、伯德图频域分析，解决设备振动、超调、精度偏差等核心问题。
2、精密轨迹规划：负责高精度运动控制开发，落地S曲线加减速、平滑轨迹插补、多轴同步算法，优化设备运行冲击、卡顿、轨迹失真问题，保障设备高精度平稳运行。
3、基于DSP/ARM/FPGA完成算法开发调试，联动团队完成整机联调，攻克负载扰动、温漂、批量一致性等量产问题，保障产品稳定量产。
4、完成多类编码器适配与相位、温漂误差补偿；参与硬件器件选型评审，输出标准化设计、测试技术文档。
任职要求：
1、4年以上伺服运动控制算法经验，具备伺服/DD直驱产品从0到1完整量产经验；
2、精通伺服三环设计整定、谐振抑制、系统建模与伯德图分析，可独立解决伺服失稳、振动、精度不足等问题；
3、熟练S曲线轨迹规划、平滑插补及多轴同步，有高精度设备轨迹优化实战经验；
4、熟悉PMSM永磁同步伺服、DD直驱电机及各类编码器，具备误差补偿、量产一致性优化能力；
5、逻辑清晰，擅长问题攻坚，可独立完成算法全流程开发落地。
