云南三奇光电科技有限公司成立于2009年11月24日，注册资金1.2亿元，现占地面积100亩，主要产品有单晶硅棒、单晶硅切片、单晶硅电池板，设计生产能力为年产1800吨单晶硅棒，产值18亿元；40台单晶硅切片年创产值15亿元，四条单晶硅电池板组件生产线年创产值28亿元。该项目是云县县委、县政府招商引资重点企业。该项目于2009年12月9日开工建设，计划总投资6.6亿元（/B自筹5亿元，银行贷款1.6亿元），总建筑面积39699平方米，其中：厂房32448平方米，办公室四层3296平方米，宿舍楼3层1755平方米，研发楼2200平方米。项目建成后年可实现总产值61亿元，税收10.3亿元，可安置就业948人（其中车间员工848人，管理和科研人员100人），拉动相关配套产品生产企业8个。
