采芝斋坐落于人间天堂—杭州，在繁华的商业中心延安路上，西临湖滨商贸特色街及秀丽的西子湖畔，是国家认定的中华老字号，是杭城*的副食品商场。采芝斋创始于1928年，创始人金智轩。1949年至1956年“三大改造”使杭州釆芝斋由私有制转为公有制。1995年体制改革，杭州采芝斋转变为一家市属国有控股企业。而今公司仍保持前店后场、现制现卖的经营特色，生产的西湖藕粉、麻酥糖、麻糕是杭州西博会的选用产品，在华中、华东、华南等地销售，采芝斋藕粉还远销加拿大、新加坡。未来，我们将以“陌上采芝，酥糯之致”的品牌使命，使中华老字号在传承与创新中不断发展。
