Wuhan Guoxiong Feed Technology Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of New Hope Liuhe Co., Ltd. It was officially put into production in March 2006. The company currently has more than 150 employees, of whom 52 have a college degree or above. The company has introduced state-of-the-art fully computerized extruded compound feed production equipment and is the first specialized feed company in Hubei Province to produce aquatic extruded feed on a large scale. Since its establishment, the company has been mainly engaged in the production and sales of "Guoxiong" brand aquatic feed and feed raw materials.
At present, the company is equipped with seven advanced specialized aquatic feed production lines with an annual output of 300,000 tons, including professional extruded feed and shrimp and crab feed production equipment, and possesses advanced domestic and foreign testing instruments for raw materials and finished products (near-infrared and amino acid analyzers). From 2012 to now, the company has successively added automated equipment such as twin-screw extruders, automatic bagging machines and manipulators. It has invested more than 15 million yuan in technological transformation of production equipment and environmental protection projects, and invested 3.5 million yuan to add 2 shrimp and crab feed production units and a professional fermentation workshop to meet market demand.
To ensure product quality and subsequent technical support, the company has professionals in feed management, technology, production, quality control, procurement and sales to serve farmers' training. On the existing basis, in order to improve the technological content of products and increase the development of special aquatic products, it has also cooperated with advanced domestic scientific research institutions to develop special aquatic fish feeds for bass, crucian carp, bream, channel catfish, yellow catfish, shrimp and crab, etc., which are deeply favored by farmers.
While providing farmers with high-quality extruded compound feed and sinking pellet compound feed for various aquatic aquaculture species, the company also provides farmers with timely, high-quality technical services to help farmers become wealthy; the company has been vigorously promoting advanced, scientific, healthy and environmentally friendly aquaculture technology, promoting aquaculture to move toward resource-saving and efficiency-oriented development.
Since its completion and commissioning, the company has passed ISO9001 international quality system certification. In 2006, it was awarded the honorary title of "Advanced Enterprise in the Feed Industry". The company was also rated as an annual "AAA" credit enterprise by the Agricultural Bank of China, and was rated by the Wuhan Municipal Government as a "2007-2018 Wuhan Municipal Key Leading Enterprise" and a "Credit-Oriented and Contract-Abiding Enterprise". In 2015, it was rated by the Ministry of Agriculture as a "Demonstration Enterprise for Feed Quality and Safety Management Regulations". In 2016, "Guoxiong 839" was awarded the most popular feed product by the Provincial Feed Association and many other honors. At present, the company is one of the most important large-scale specialized aquatic feed production and processing supporting facilities in Central China.
