岗位职责：
1.对受托生产企业提供原料、辅料、包装材料检验记录与检验报告书、及批生产记录等材料（包含新产品批量试用）进行审核，并将相关材料按照要求进行归档；
2.负责审核对质量相关文件进行归档、复制、分发撤销等文件管理工作；并将产品档案、生产记录、检验记录等原始记录存档并整理目录；
3.负责处理受托生产企业生产、检验过程中异常情况处理及变更，并参与偏差、OOS、OOT调查；
4.统计、收集受托检验品种原辅包、中间产品和成品生产、检验数据，定期进行质量回顾分析。
5. 参与供应商审计及供应商档案管理；
6.参与受托生产企业审计及能力评估；
7.协助领导起草、审核与质量相关的SOP；
8. 负责协助领导进行质量相关的法规和文件培训；
9. 参与自检，并监督自检缺陷项目整改；
10.协助领导处理投诉、退货、召回等工作；
11 .审核销售客户档案信息，维护码上放心客户资料，审核发运记录；
招聘条件：
1.专科及以上学历，药学、制药工程、化学及相关专业
2.供应商管理经验；有文件管理经验；
3、有偏差、变更管理工作经验；
4、批生产记录、检验记录审核经验；
5、有无菌产品或委托生产监督管理经验者优先。
6.工作能力较强，熟知办公软件的操作，组织协调能力、独立处理问题能力强。
