amp;nbsp;amp;nbsp;郑州嵘昌集团实业有限公司位于河南省登封市大冶镇朝阳沟村，成立于2000年7月，2010年5月通过省煤炭企业重组，并经省工商局核准注册成立集团公司。经过十年发展，公司现为集煤炭、铁矿、水电、网络游戏、投资、物流、贸易、不锈钢制造等为一体的多元化集团公司。煤炭产业现有六家煤业公司，煤炭储量三千多万吨，设计年生产能力120万吨。铁矿一座，现正在进行详勘和设计工作；水电站一座，总装机8万千瓦，现二期工程正在建设。截止2010年12月底，公司总资产达15亿元，从业职工达4000余人。
