中国人民解放军第三一六医院坐落于风景秀丽的北京市海淀区香山脚下，风光旖旎，交通便利，经过55年的建设和发展，逐步建成一所集“预防、医疗、保健、康复、 科研”为一体的综合性医院。1996年，三一六医院被评为二级甲等医院，2000年首批纳入北京市医疗保险定点医院。医院展开床位200张，有各类卫生技术人员400名，其中高级职称30人，硕士以上学历27人。配备有核磁共振，CT，数字成像系统，彩色多普勒超声仪，胃肠镜及眼科断层扫描仪等较先进的诊疗设备，有效保证了对各类疾病的诊断治疗水平。
