2、不限专业，计算机科学、软件工程等相关专业本科学历优先；
3、熟悉Java，熟练使用基于Java的开发工具；
4、熟悉J2EE及其相关技术及框架（Spring，Structs，Hibernate等主流开发框架）,掌握Java、Html和JavaScript等相关技术；
5、熟悉Oracle、Mysql等数据库及SQL开发；
6、具有较好的沟通交流能力，具有合作精神及主动工作精神。
