Wanlong Construction Engineering Consulting Group Co., Ltd. was originally affiliated with Shanghai Wanlong Accounting Firm under the Shanghai Audit Bureau, established in 1992. After nearly 20 years of development, it has become a professional service group company engaged in pre-project feasibility studies, project estimate and budget compilation, bidding agency during the construction period, preparation of bills of quantities and reserve prices, whole-process cost control and project management, settlement review and final account audit at the completion stage, as well as government procurement agency, judicial appraisal, and other services. It is one of the first consulting institutions in China to obtain the Grade A qualification for construction cost consulting and Grade A qualification for construction project bidding agency issued by the Ministry of Construction, and has also obtained the Grade A qualification for government procurement issued by the Ministry of Finance.
