The real estate sector has completed nearly 800,000 square meters of housing development to date, with 650,000 square meters under development and construction. Completed projects include Jin'an Building, Jinrui Building, Binjiang Building, Yucheng Building, the relocation and reconstruction project of the Hechuan District Government Office Building, Jinjiu Times Square, Jinjiu Nanping Square, Jinjiu Nanbin Garden, etc., which have been rated as high-quality properties and have formed the commercial and administrative centers of Hechuan. The building materials sector has formed an integrated building materials industrial chain of cement, limestone, aggregates, machine-made sand, and commercial concrete. Its annual cement production capacity reaches 3 million tons, supported by two (4.5MW) waste heat power stations. Jinjiu Building Materials Group has passed ISO quality management system certification and environmental management system certification, and has successively won "China Top 500 Building Materials Enterprises", "China Top 100 Private Building Materials Enterprises", "Chongqing Famous Product", "Chongqing Famous Brand Product", "Chongqing Product Standard Award", and "Chongqing Key Enterprise in the Building Materials Industry". Its aggregates are the largest production base in Chongqing, with quality ranking among the top three in Chongqing.
The tourism sector has 10 square kilometers of forest resources, which has been approved by Chongqing as a country park in Hechuan and is currently under full-scale construction. In addition, there are auxiliary and service subsidiaries such as Jinjiu Property and Fengtong Freight, which are operating well.
