公司实行公寓化管理，床上用品不用自带，免费住宿。职工宿舍安装彩色电视，集体供暖。公司职工食堂配备大屏幕彩电，供应热水。公司设有蓝球、乒乓球、台球等娱乐文体设施，洗浴中心、现代化标准洗衣房、内部话吧、内部商店。生产车间安装音响及空调设备。
