岗位职责：
入职后，前期先到岗学习1-3周，熟悉行内开发环境，然后在其他人员的指导下能独立完成小型工行项目的开发，包括：中间业务类、融e联类及管理类系统等的开发。

任职资格：
1、学信网可查的全日制学历，2-3年Java开发工作经验；
2、具有良好Java语言基础，深入理解面向对象设计思想，了解常用设计模式，有过云平台 devpos实施经验；
3、熟悉使用springboot、spring cloud分布式开发模式和框架；
4、具备使用vue或 angular、 react等前端框架构建管理后台的知识和经验；
5、熟练掌握、运用Oracle,mysql至少一种数据库；
6、有良好的编码规范，善于思考和遵循程序设计理念；
7、熟悉软件开发流程、设计模式和体系结构；
8、良好的团队协作精神，良好的沟通能力和学习能力。

岗位吸引力：
