1. 计算机、软件等相关专业，硕士及以上学历，3年及以上Android开发经验。
2. 熟练掌握java、kotlin语言及其*新生态链框架技术，熟悉面向对象编程设计，具备扎实的编程基础。
3. 熟练使用Android Studio、SVN、Git等开发工具。
4. 深入了解Android UI事件传递、布局、绘制等原理，能够编写自定义UI控件。
5. 熟悉 Android 平台应用开发，掌握常用Android组件及常见设计模式。
6. 具备一定的 Web 前端基础，了解或使用过 JavaScript、HTML、CSS 等技术栈者优先。
7. 熟悉Android应用的生命周期、UI设计原则、内存优化、线程和异步编程。
8. 熟悉掌握常见的第三方库和开源框架，如OKhttp、Retrofit、Glide、RxJava等。
9. 熟悉SQLite、Room等本地数据库操作，掌握常见的网络协议（HTTP/HTTPS、WebSocket）及JSON解析。
10. 了解Android应用性能优化，熟悉Android SDK和NDK，能解决兼容性问题。
11. 具备离线开发以及调试能力。
