职责描述
1、独立承接业务模块，参与业务需求分析与技术方案评审，能够结合业务现状输出落地可行的后端技术方案。
2、负责后端服务开发、接口设计、数据库建模，主导模块编码、单元测试，开展SQL优化、服务性能调优，处理业务迭代中的性能、并发、数据一致性等实际问题。
3、负责线上系统的运维保障，独立参与线上问题排查、故障定位与修复，完成问题复盘，推动系统优化，减少线上风险。
4、参与代码评审，把控代码质量，编写接口、设计等技术文档，推动技术债务清理、局部系统重构，提升团队整体代码质量。
5、和产品、测试、前端等团队协同推进项目交付，参与技术选型调研，沉淀可复用的技术实践，支撑业务持续迭代。
任职要求
1、硕士及以上学历，3‑5年及以上企业级Java后端开发实战经验，完整参与过至少1‑2个线上项目全生命周期，熟悉真实业务项目研发流程。
2、Java基础功底扎实，深入理解集合、多线程、JVM内存模型、GC机制等；熟练使用SpringBoot、SpringCloud微服务技术栈。
精通SQL，熟练表结构设计、索引优化、慢SQL排查；熟练使用Redis，熟悉缓存穿透、击穿、雪崩等问题处理；熟悉消息队列的实际业务落地。
3、具备微服务项目实战经验，理解服务拆分、服务治理；熟练Git；具备独立排查线上问题的能力，遇到问题可以自主分析定位，而不是只依赖别人解决。
4、熟悉复杂业务逻辑梳理，有良好工程化思维，编码规范，具备较强的自驱力，沟通顺畅，能够主动推进问题解决，适配项目节奏。
5、加分项：了解分库分表；熟悉Docker/K8s；有中间件二次使用、性能压调实战经验优先。
