Beijing Enterprises Environmental Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "BE Environmental"), established in October 2004, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Enterprises Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Enterprises", HK0392), a red-chip enterprise listed on the Hong Kong (China) Stock Exchange by the Beijing Municipal Government. It serves as a specialized platform under Beijing Enterprises for investment, construction, and operation in the solid waste environmental sector. BE Environmental has long been committed to environmental protection businesses including urban solid waste treatment, industrial hazardous waste, medical waste, and construction waste disposal. Since its inception, in the field of solid waste treatment and disposal, BE Environmental has successfully invested in and constructed BOT or BT projects for municipal solid waste treatment and industrial hazardous waste disposal in multiple locations, including Wenchang in Hainan, Wuhan in Hubei, Pingdu in Qingdao, Shandong, Hengyang in Hunan, and Taiyuan in Shanxi. In the field of urban sewage treatment, it has invested in and constructed the BOT project of Haikou Baishamen Sewage Treatment Plant (Phase II) and the BOT project of Changliu Sewage Treatment Plant. In the field of project agency construction, it has undertaken the infrastructure project of the starting area of Xinhe Chemical Industry Base in Pingdu, Shandong. Through years of operation and practice, BE Environmental has developed a comprehensive investment, construction, and operation system, accumulating rich industry experience in market development, investment and financing, construction management, and operational services, thereby forming strong comprehensive strength. Over the years, BE Environmental has maintained good cooperative relationships with domestic and international equipment and technology suppliers, renowned domestic universities, and research institutes. By introducing, digesting, and absorbing advanced solid waste treatment technologies and equipment from home and abroad, it provides reliable technical support for the smooth operation of its projects.
