作为一种新型钢筋焊接网架复合混凝土剪力墙技术,CL建筑体系之前已以节能措施与结构一体化,即保温层设计寿命与结构设计寿命相匹配成为业界关注的焦点。在65号文出台后,作为现浇混凝土复合保温的代表,CL建筑体系更加被建筑专家及消防专家一致认可。该技术的核心构件是一种钢筋焊接网架复合混凝土剪力墙,虽然保温层依然采用阻燃型的EPS或XPS,但其至少50mm厚的现浇钢筋混凝土保护层既能阻止火灾发生又能限制火焰的蔓延。CL建筑体系采取了提高高温状态下构件完整性的措施,如:保温板两侧的混凝土层通过斜插钢筋及梁、板、柱等结构构件拉结成一体;墙体作为主体结构的一部分,通过钢筋的搭接、锚固及现浇混凝土的作用与周边各结构构件可靠连接;自密实混凝土的低含水率、细而密的高配筋钢筋焊网可以避免或延迟混凝土层在持续高温作用下的爆裂以及缓解钢筋与混凝土之间的粘结强度下降等。该技术可提高高温状态下构件绝热性以保证火灾对大面积结构不产生影响。保温板与两侧混凝土层之间无空腔,受到高温作用时,密闭的混凝土保护层可以将保温板与空气隔绝,避免或延迟保温层燃烧、传播蔓延及气体释放。作为复合夹心墙体,其传热性能较单一材料形成的实体墙有所降低。选用的保温板导热系数较低,绝热性好。即使保温板热熔后,密闭的空腔结构也较实体墙体绝热性优良。地址:河北省石家庄市赞皇县
