2、具备扎实的JAVA语言基础，熟练掌握常用的软件设计模式，深刻理解各种设计模式对应的应用场景；
3、熟悉Spring Cloud Alibaba体系下的常用组件（Nacos、Gateway、Seata等），实现高可用、可配置的系统设计目标；
4、熟悉vue2、vue3框架核心概念，熟悉Element-UI、Element-Plus、Ant Design Vue等UI组件库的使用，熟悉 TS 基本语法；
5、了解业务中台、数据中台的内容及其边界，具备DDD（领域驱动设计）思想并能够指导团队应用实践；
6、具备独立编写系统技术设计说明书的能力，懂得绘制常用设计图表（系统架构图、思维导图、UML图、流程图、时序图等）；
7、熟悉容器化部署技术，实现Jenkins + K8S + Docker自动化部署运维。
8、熟悉使用AI辅助编程工具，辅助完成代码编写，重构，调试及单元测试，提高交付效率，能将AI能力集成至业务系统；
9、协同团队探索AI在开发流程中的创新应用场景，有创新应用场景落地者优先。
