5、具备良好的数据库基础，能独立进行数据库模型设计，熟练使用主流数据库（MySql、ORACLE）；
6、了解前端相关技术，能熟练的使用js，html，css进行简单的前端开发；
7、有良好的编码开发习惯，思路清晰严谨，持续学习的能力和自我提升的意识；
8、对工作有高度责任感，有良好的沟通、协作能力、团队合作意识、能承受一定的工作压力；
9、熟悉缓存、jvm调优，web中间件调优等优先考虑；
