China Huadian Group Power Generation Operation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huadian Operation Company) is a professional company controlled by China Huadian Group, established on June 11, 2007. It is the only specialized power generation operation management company in China established by a large state-owned power generation group, and its industry is electric and heat power production and supply, with the company type being other limited liability company.
The company's main business is to provide various forms of technical services and production operation for high-parameter and large-capacity generating units inside and outside the group, carrying out technical supervision, technical consultation, technical routes, technical standards, technical training, technical information, and technical research and development, and accepting the entrustment of investors to do well in the pre-production preparation of new power projects and the stable operation of new units after commissioning. It also undertakes the operation, maintenance, and overhaul of various types of power generation enterprises such as thermal power, hydropower, wind power, and gas power both inside and outside Huadian Group. The company's managed and operated projects are spread across 12 provinces, cities, and autonomous regions at home and abroad. The most representative projects include Qinghai Huadian Datong Power Generation Co., Ltd., Huadian Guangxi Guigang Power Generation Co., Ltd., Huadian (Beijing) Thermal Power Co., Ltd., Beijing Huadian Hydropower Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia Huadian Baotou Power Generation Company, Xinjiang Xiaocaohu Wind Power Co., Ltd., Bangladesh Syleth Combined Cycle Power Station, Indonesia Asahan Level 1 Hydropower Station, Shaanxi Yuheng, Inner Mongolia Tuyou, Shanxi Xiangang, Xinjiang Urumqi Thermal Power, Inner Mongolia Buliangou, and other different types of power generation projects, with the entrusted capacity reaching 15,367 MW. At the same time, the company actively implements the "going global" strategy, strengthening power cooperation with countries such as Indonesia, India, Malaysia, and Pakistan, and has achieved phased results.
