福建省福丰实业有限公司镍合金项目市由温州巨星集团等六家企业投资建设。项目计划总投资约30亿元，建设镍冶炼矿炉8台，回转窑8条，干燥窑8条，配套建设一个5万吨专用货运码头，年产镍合金30万吨，可实现产值80亿元。全部工程计划5年建成，分叁期完成。一期工程计划投资6亿元，建设2条镍合金生产线及码头（临时）等配套工程设施，工期18个月，计划在2011年7月建成。工程建成后，可年产镍合金10万吨，预计可实现年产值18.5亿元；二期工程计划将于2011年7月开工建设，计划投资12亿元，主要建设镍合金生产线3条、5万吨级的货运码头一座；叁期工程计划于2014年3月开工建设，继续投资12亿元，建设3条镍合金及炼轧钢生产线、2座50吨电弧炉、1套4流连铸机、1条850轧钢机和穿拉管生产线，预计年产值可达80亿元。
