山东东明黄河公路大桥建设项目由山东让古戎集团投资，2009年取得国家发改委立项核准，该项目东起日东高速东明县新庄镇，采用半通式立交联接，跨越黄河后，西接河南省在建鲁豫界至长垣高速，路线全长23.86公里，全线采用双向四车道、I级高速公路标准，设计车速每小时120公里，其中跨黄河大桥长约15.2公里，总投资38.7亿元，预计建设工期4年。
