汉中锌业有限责任公司成立于2000年9月，总部位于陕西省汉中市勉县境内，下辖汉中锌业特中材料有限责任公司（地处汉中市南郑县境内）、汉中锌业铜矿有限责任公司（地处汉中市宁强县境内）、西安中瑞贸易有限责任公司（地处西安市）三家子公司，属国有控股企业，注册资本10亿元，属陕西有色金属控股集团公司的核心企业及铅锌冶炼基地，汉中支柱型企业，是集采、选、冶、稀贵金属回收、铅锌冶炼设计与科研、进出口贸易于一体的科、工、贸大型现代化联合企业。公司现有员工4000余名，专业技术人才300多人。业已形成年产电解锌36万吨、工业硫酸70万吨、电解铅8万吨、黄金500公斤、白银80吨的生产能力。
