玉林市嘉德机械有限公司是玉州区重点企业，成立于2003年5月，以生产和销售柴油机气缸盖为主。目前拥有员工500多人，其中专业技术人员80多名，熟练技术工人400多名。是玉州区高校毕业生就业见习基地及全国*大的柴油发动机气缸盖专业生产基地之一。
公司采用专业化流水作业方式进行生产，生产线是由日本的加工中心、德国的刀具、国内先进的专用组合机床、数控钻床、摇臂钻床、铣床、磨床等组成。在质量管理上通过了ISO9001：2000国际质量体系认证。2007年上缴税金901万元；2008年,金融危机冲击下，上缴税金仍达842万元；2009年上缴税金1300万元；2010年上缴税金2000万元。
